The Will Steger Center vision was born during the Antarctica Expedition as a detailed drawing of the 5-story Leaders Center. The dream is to build a center tat in turn nurtures the community, takes care of the earth and inspires leaders to tackle real world problems. With community spaces, master classes and international leadership conferences – the Will Steger Center has a vision is to build a sustainable community in the NorthWoods to inspire future generations of leaders.

Homestead School Cabin Building A - Z
Homestead School’s pilot course is an all-women’s course, focused on teaching the basics of building an off-grid cabin, from foundation to roof. This a two-week course, taught by and for women, in an inclusive, creative setting.

Leaders Program 2021 Leaders Conference
This pilot program will bring a select group of leaders to the center to discuss Will Steger’s 5 Principles of leadership. The conference will do a live-stream, offer a panel discussion and will share the conference with an international online audience.The unique wilderness setting and magic public spaces will create an inspiring event that can be used as a foundation for future leader programs.
